On August 17, 2022 the Council of the Township of Armstrong adopted the Timiskaming District Community Safety and Well-Being Plan

This plan is a collaborative approach to improving the safety and well-being in the Timiskaming District involving many community partners. The plan identifies six priority areas of focus:

I. Health & Well-Being

II. Housing

III. Employment & Economy

IV. Addressing Poverty

V. Community Safety

VI. Environment & Sustainability
